Amazing dates

George Harrison, rooftop concert 1969

• Meher Baba was born on February 25, 1894.
• Baba's mother Shireen died on February 25, 1943.
• George Harrison was born on February 25, 1943.

In other words the same day Baba's mother died (and Baba said she was liberated) George Harrison was born. And it was Baba's birthday.

It was Harrison who brought the Beatles, and the attention of the world, to India in search of spirituality. Of him Wikipedia writes, "Often referred to as 'the quiet Beatle,' Harrison embraced Indian mysticism, and helped broaden the horizons of the other Beatles as well as their Western audience."

The image is of Harrison from the rooftop concert, the last live concert by the Beatles, given on January 30, 1969, the day before Baba dropped his body.
