Five Perfect Masters = Meher Baba

I have written a lot about the question of where Baba is if one wants to think of him that way. I found these quotes (two by Baba, one by Bhau Kalchuri) interesting to think about in light of that consideration.
"Therefore, the Avatar exists in the heart of these five as one. These five are God-Realized like the Avatar. All are one; but in the Avataric period the Avatar is equal to five Sadgurus. Thus, five Sadgurus make one Avatar – that is the long and short of it. Therefore, if the Sadgurus were to show their hearts you would find me in them." (Lord Meher, 1986 edition, p. 2324)
While the performers were narrating the incident of Hazrat Babajan's kiss, Baba signaled to them to stop and explained, "When you were portraying the incident of Babajan, I again experienced the same as if it occurred at that moment. You reminded me of the early days of my life as Merwan. Now, at this moment, the five Perfect Masters of the age residing in me are witnessing your Burra Katha. Carry on with your story." (Lord Meher, 1986 edition, p. 4743, Meherabad, 1955)
"The Avatar never loses connection after he drops the body, but maintains his connection with all creation through the five Sadgurus living." (Bhau Kalchuri, Nothing and the Everything, p. 113)
